Coming off two impressive victories over the Clippers and Bulls, the Wolves will turn their attention to the dinged-up Pelicans as they stroll into Target Center this evening. Since losing to the Lakers last Tuesday, the Wolves have played with a renewed sense of energy and looseness that hasn’t been seen since the beginning of the season.
Much of this may have to do with the front court duo of Karl-Anthony Towns and Gorgui Dieng, who have developed a nice continuity with one another. Along with that, every player on the roster seems to be playing with an amazing amount of confidence, most notably Andrew Wiggins and Zach LaVine.
