Timberwolves and WCCO-AM Announce 2016-17 Season Broadcast Schedule

Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves and 830 WCCO-AM today announced the 2016-17 radio broadcast schedule.

As the radio home of Timberwolves basketball, WCCO will broadcast all of the team’s 82 regular season games this season, as well as both preseason games against the Charlotte Hornets. The Wolves will face the Hornets on the road on October 10 and at home onOctober 21. Alan Horton returns for his 10th season as the Wolves play-by-play announcer and will team up with studio host John Focke to produce the 30-minute pre- and post-game shows for every game. The partnership also includes additional programming and promotional elements throughout the year.
