Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx today announced that the teams will provide closed captioning at all future home games at Target Center. To celebrate the new technology, the Timberwolves have invited students from the Metro Deaf School to enjoy tomorrow’s game against the Denver Nuggets.
“We are so glad our new scoreboard has opened up the capability to offer closed captioning for our deaf and hard-of-hearing fans,” said Ethan Casson, Timberwolves & Lynx CEO. “We hope this technology will make our games more accessible to this group and give them an enjoyable in-arena experience.
