Minneapolis/St. Paul – The Minnesota Timberwolves will tip off their 27th regular season in the NBA as they travel to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers on Wednesday, Oct. 28 on ESPN, the first of 12 nationally-televised games this season. This season is the second consecutive season the Wolves have opened on the road after opening the previous 13 seasons at home.
