I think we didn’t write about this because the writers’ room is on summer vacation, but the Wolves have signed Kelan Martin to a two-way contract. Martin was a four year player at Butler, and averaged 21 and six as a senior, making 36 percent of his threes in his last year in college. He spent last season in the German Basketball Bundesliga.
The 6’6” wing played very well for the Wolves’ summer league team, and parlayed that into a two-way contract that should see him in Iowa for most of the year.
The Wolves also signed second round draft pick Jaylen Nowell out of Washington.
