Minnesota Timberwolves forward Jaden McDaniels did not have the best regular season.
While he has repeatedly proved himself one of the best defenders in the NBA and shown flashes of offensive prowess during his four-year career, his offensive impact has largely been inconsistent. At least to the point that NBA fans used his new five-year, $136 million extension as kindling to fuel their hating and incessant jokes about the Wolves’ roster construction.
Sunday was a bad day to be one of the haters.
The Timberwolves had their backs against the wall down 3-2 to the Denver Nuggets entering a massive Game 7 at altitude in Ball Arena.
