Basketball is back.
It’s not close to the same level as a regular season game and the rules are different, but for fans who haven’t been able to watch their team since mid-April, this is refreshing.
The Minnesota Timberwolves go into their first Summer League game of 2016 wondering what Kris Dunn will look like going up against NBA players, what Tyus Jones has improved on this offseason and whether or not Adreian Payne can find a place in the team’s big man rotation.
Of course, all of these questions won’t be answered in Summer League, but it’s a good start.
