Report: Timberwolves agree to deal with Melo Trimble

The Minnesota Timberwolves may have just secured another body for their roster. According to Adrian Wojnarowski, they agreed to sign Melo Trimble to a partially guaranteed contract.

Trimble brings some much-needed depth to the point guard position. The Wolves only have Jeff Teague and Tyus Jones on their roster.

Trimble, at 6-foot-3, will bring some height to the back court as he’ll immediately be the tallest point on the roster.

Undrafted Maryland guard Melo Trimble has agreed to a partially guaranteed deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, league source tells ESPN.

He spent three years in college averaging 15.
