Outside of Karl-Anthony Towns, the Minnesota Timberwolves don’t have a ton of household names on their roster. But they do have a group of very solid role players who have proven themselves in the NBA, and Sports Illustrated recognized that by ranking four of their starting five players in their annual top 100 list.
The staff at ESPN concocted their own list this year that doesn’t view the Wolves’ collection of talent as well as Sports Illustrated.
ESPN only sees two Minnesota Timberwolves as top 100 players, and they downgraded each of them significantly from their ranking on the 2018 version of this list.
