It was announced yesterday that Anthony Tolliver would be inducted into the Creighton University Athletics Hall of Fame. He was inducted alongside Doug McDermott of the Indiana Pacers.
As a four-year player at Creighton, Tolliver was a three-year starter who improved every season. In his senior year back in the 2006-07 season, Tolliver averaged 13.4 points and 6.7 rebounds.
Upon going undrafted in the 2007 NBA Draft, he spent the majority of his first year of professional basketball with the Iowa Energy of the NBA’s D-League. He then spent some time in Germany playing professionally then bounced around several D-League teams.
