The Minnesota Lynx will kickoff their season at home against the Chicago Sky on Saturday May 25th as a part of the league’s opening weekend. Former Lynx assistant coach James Wade was hired as Chicago’s new head coach a few weeks ago and will return to Target Center to face off against Minnesota.
After an extremely condensed summer that drew the ire of players and coaches alike, the 2019 campaign will return to “normal” with regular season games stretching from May 25th to September 8th.
The Lynx will be featured on national TV four times in 2019 with ESPN and ABC televising 25% more games than last season.
