A big performance by Rebekkah Brunson helped Minnesota defeat Phoenix at the Target Center.

The Minnesota Lynx took on Phoenix at home for Game 1 of the WNBA Western Conference Finals last night. After hanging onto a lead to beat LA Tuesday evening, it was nice for the team to have a second consecutive game at the Target Center.
Offensively, the game was not a pretty one; both teams shot under 40 percent from the field on the evening. A nice defensive performance and ability to rebound gave the Lynx the upper hand, though, and they came away with a 67-60 win.
