Sometimes a good offense can be a team’s best defense. This was true for the Lynx Wednesday as they picked up the road victory in Indiana. Only eight days ago the Fever handed the Lynx their worst loss of the season by pushing the pace and running on Minnesota. This time around the Lynx flipped the script on the 2-18 Fever by scoring efficiently, making Indiana play against Minnesota’s set defense.
In another departure from these team’s last meeting, both Sylvia Fowles and Maya Moore were able to score at will. Fowles finished with 20 points, 10 rebounds and a career high seven assists.
