A few nights after suffering a late-game defeat on the road, the Minnesota Lynx returned home to try and get back on track against a team they have had success against this year.
Minnesota welcomed one of the hottest teams in the WNBA into Target Center on Sunday night, hosting the Seattle Storm — winners of six straight — in a battle between two teams both sitting at 7-3 overall.
As we saw in the first two matchups between the Lynx and Storm to start the regular season, Minnesota came out with an 83-64 win to improve to 8-3 on the year, 5-1 at home in Minneapolis and 3-1 in Commissioner’s Cup games.
