Lynx 68, Dream 55: Strong Minnesota Defense Powers Gritty Win

The Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday night took their home floor at Target Center riding a four-game win streak, playing host to an Atlanta Dream squad that had dropped four of its last six games after a 4-2 start to the 2024 WNBA season.

Former Lynx and current Dream guard Aerial Powers missed this one with an illness, while Bridget Carleton took her spot in the starting lineup after a one-game absence due to an elbow injury.

A couple of threes early from Carleton and Kayla McBride got the Lynx off to a quick start and a small advantage in the first few minutes.
