After taking a game on the road against the Seattle Storm last Tuesday, the Minnesota Lynx returned home Friday to host their first game of the year at Target Center against the same opponent.
Though Minnesota controlled most of the game, Seattle stormed back late in the fourth quarter to even the contest in the final minutes while forcing overtime in Minneapolis. From there, the marathon game went back-and-forth and ended in double-overtime with the Lynx ultimately taking the contest 102-93.
“We were really good in moments and we had some really tough moments. At the end of the day, we found a way to get a W at home.
