CHN Staff Report
It was a glorious start for Minnesota this season — 10 straight wins, praise from all over, best start since the 1940s. But it was just that, a start.
And now the Gophers are in their first little funk, having been swept by Notre Dame, including 2-1 on Saturday at Mariucci Arena. The record now stands at 11-3, which would seem totally fine if all the losses weren't in the last four games.
Still, it's good, and the real key will be what happens next. A couple wins and Minnesota could easily make these losses just a blip.
