Leidner to Have Surgery

According to Andy Greder of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, Leidner will have minor foot surgery after the Gophers' season ends. Head coach Tracy Claeys said the signal-caller will be ready for the team's bowl game against the Central Michigan Chippewas on Dec. 28.
Per Greder, Leidner had a protective boot on his left foot after the team's 32-23 win against Illinois on Nov.
