Minnesota Football Recruiting: In-state 2019 athlete Jason Williamson commits to Gophers

It’s been a whirlwind 24 hours for Gopher Football. Yesterday, head coach P.J. Fleck and his coaching staff signed the best recruiting class in program history. And this morning, two in-state 2019 prospects have committed to the Gophers, first Eden Prairie quarterback Cole Kramer and now Owatonna athlete Jason Williamson.

It’s unclear at this point what position Williamson will play at the college level. He has played running back in high school, but he could end up at tight end or linebacker at Minnesota.
