The Minnesota Golden Gophers announced this morning that their Week 9 game against the Maryland Terrapins on Saturday, Oct. 26, will kickoff at 2:30 p.m. at TCF Bank Stadium.
The game will be televised on either ESPN or ESPN2.
The Gophers are 6-0 so far this season but have suffered consecutive losses to Maryland the last two years. The Terps escaped Minneapolis with a 31-24 victory in 2018, before running roughshod over Minnesota a season ago in an ugly 42-13 blowout. This season, under new head coach Mike Locksley, Maryland started 2-0, averaging 71 points per game in wins over Howard and Syracuse.
