The Minnesota Golden Gophers football team received some good news on Thursday when the news broke that defensive tackle Micah Dew-Treadway was granted a sixth year of eligibility from the NCAA and will now have two seasons of eligibility to play for the Gophers.

The transfer from Notre Dame Fighting Irish practiced with Minnesota this spring and is slated to play a large role on the defensive line for the Gophers in the fall.
