Minnesota Golden Gophers freshman guard Jamir Harris has decided to transfer from Minnesota. The news was first reported by Adam Zagoria on twitter and was quickly confirmed by a release from the University and Richard Pitino.

Harris played in 28 games for the Gophers and averaged 3.9 points per game. He hit 38 three-pointer, ranking him third on the team.
