The Michigan Wolverines came out of the bye week and won against the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Barely. The Wolverines struggled all day on offense to get anything going, and the usually stout defense was incredibly sloppy throughout the night. The Golden Gophers were playing with plenty of emotion after the sudden retirement of head coach Jerry Kill, and they very nearly won the Little Brown Jug for the second year running. Now, 24 hours removed from the contest, it’s time to look back and grade out the Michigan football team’s performance.
