The Gophers entered the third period in an offensive rut, but then Justin Kloos did it again.
The team's junior captain scored on the first shift of a period for the second straight game, this time tying the score 1-1.
Kloos and his line came back again when Connor Reilly scored the game-winning goal 11 minutes later, and the Gophers ended up with a 3-1 victory over Michigan State on Saturday night at Mariucci Arena.
The win gave the Gophers (11-10, 6-2 Big Ten) their first sweep of the Spartans in Big Ten play, and put the team above .
