J Robinson seemed out of place walking into the St. Catherine University gym in St. Paul on the opening day of a camp sponsored by the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Robinson admits he knows nothing about teaching basketball.
But the longtime University of Minnesota wrestling coach knows how to teach discipline and leadership in athletics. That's why the Timberwolves decided this year to team up with J Robinson's Intensive Wrestling Camps to create a different kind of basketball camp.
"The thing that people don't get is it's not just about basketball or wrestling," Robinson said.
