DURHAM, N.C. -- Azura Stevens picked up her fifth double-double of the season, putting up 26 points and pulling down 11 rebounds, and No. 14 Duke used a fast start to get past the University of Minnesota women's basketball team 84-64 in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge on Thursday night.
The Gophers (4-2) got 23 points from Carlie Wagner and 21 from Rachel Banham.
Stevens extended her streak of consecutive games scoring in double figures to 23 and she had an efficient night shooting, hitting 10 of 17 from the field and making her only three-point attempt. Rebecca Greenwell added 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and Oderah Chidom and Angela Salvadores contributed 13 and 11 points, respectively.
