Sunday Gophers: Ex-Minnesota players to watch in the NFL

In less than a month, a Gopher hockey bonus game! The 2015-16 Gopher hockey season faces off on Oct. 10, with the Hall of Fame Game at Mariucci Arena. Gone are the days when Minnesota and either UM-D or North Dakota would beat each other senseless at the Eveleth Hippodrome. The event is now played on campus and this year it's in Minneapolis.
The Gophers will host Vermont for this one. The Catamounts gave them a good pair of games in Burlington a couple of years ago and will bring a young team to Mariucci for this game.
