Junior college defensive end Taiyon Devers committed to the Gophers' 2016 recruiting class Saturday afternoon.
Devers is listed at 6-foot-4, 220 pounds and played at Georgia Prep Sports Academy in Atlanta.
Devers joins JUCO defensive tackle Merrick Jackson, who committed on Wednesday, as recent additions to Minnesota's upcoming class. Jackson played at Iowa Western Community College.
