A fourth player in the Gophers 2016 recruiting class has rescinded his oral commitment to play for Minnesota.
Sean Foster, a four-star offensive lineman from Mundelein, Ill., said Tuesday he was "saddened" by the recent departure of offensive coordinator-offensive line coach Matt Limegrover, the assistant coach who recruited him.
"After speaking to the coaching staff at the University of Minnesota, it is in my best interest to decommit immediately and explore my options," Foster said. "I greatly appreciate all that the Minnesota staff has done for me. I am saddened by the recent departures of some amazing coaches and look forward to becoming a part of a great university.
