PHILADELPHIA -- Receiver A.J. Brown told ESPN reporter Lisa Salters he expects to miss "a couple of weeks" with his injured hamstring.
The Philadelphia Eagles star added that he doesn't consider the injury to be serious.
Brown popped up on the injury report Friday after his hamstring "got a little tight" in practice, according to coach Nick Sirianni. He was later ruled out for Monday night's home opener against the Atlanta Falcons.
If the timeline holds, the Eagles will be without their star receiver for next week's game at the red-hot New Orleans Saints.
