Drew Wolitarsky’s NFL dreams went on hold after failing to sign with a team after rookie minicamps, but he’s not done playing football just yet. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League have drafted Drew via the CFL supplemental draft and he’ll continue his career a little farther north.

The former Minnesota wide receiver joins a Winnipeg team coming off it’s first winning season (11-7, 3rd in the CFL West) since 2011. The team’s regular season kicks off this Saturday on the road against the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
