The University of Denver was declared the No. 1 overall seed when the 16 teams were announced for the men's NCAA hockey championship on Sunday.
Two Minnesota state universities -- Duluth and Twin Cities -- also earned top seeds, with Harvard getting the final one.
The four brackets will be played in Providence, R.I., Fargo, N.D., Manchester, N.H., and Cincinnati, Ohio. The winners of those regionals will play in the Frozen Four in Chicago April 6-8.
All of the games in the single-elimination tournament will be televised on ESPN networks.
