Playing as the Wisconsin Curd for one night only, the Lakeland Magic had their fill of the Curd for their main course Friday night as Wisconsin lost 124-110 at Menominee Nation Arena.
Both teams didn’t exactly get off to crisp starts on the night as it took both the Curd and the Magic some time to find their footing offensively. But it was the Curd who wound up on top as they strung together a 24-21 lead after one.
The second quarter saw a more tightly contested period between the two squads as the Magic continued to breathe down the Curd’s neck, with an appetite to break through and gain control of the game.
