It was a special night in Oshkosh on Friday as the Wisconsin Herd opened up the Menominee Nation Arena with a win in front of an excited crowd in a packed-out building.
To mark the occasion, it wasn’t just dignitaries from the Bucks such as general manager Jon Horst who made the trip to Oshkosh, but also four of the players who had been with the NBA franchise on their recently completed West coast road trip.
2017 NBA Draft picks D.J. Wilson and Sterling Brown, joined two-way players Gary Payton II and Joel Bolomboy in making the trip to the Fox Valley area, meaning an already talented Herd team included even greater options for head coach Jordan Brady.
