The Milwaukee Bucks entered the season with high expectations, not with regards to the results of the season but with how they would achieve those results. The schematic changes fans demanded of Mike Budenholzer were borne of frustration after the Bucks got bounced out of the postseason in similar fashion for two consecutive years. For the most part, fans have gotten what they wanted in terms of process, and while things worked on offense (offensive rating of 115.6, 5th in the league during a season where production on offense is widely improving) the defense left much to be desired.
