Gary Trent Jr., formerly of the Raptors, is one of the best free agents remaining on the market and continues to pique the interest of Bucks fans. The team apparently shares those sentiments, as relayed this morning in an update from The Athletic’s Shams Charania. He describes the Bucks as “in the market to sign a shooting guard” and says they will be conducting at least one workout for such players while in Vegas for Summer League.
It’s been an odd offseason for the 25-year-old Duke alum. Trent just wrapped up a three-year, $51.8m contract with Toronto, hanging on with them through their transition into somewhat of a rebuilding squad.
