Rapid Recap: Bucks 129, Kings 128

Without Giannis (resting his knee) to annihilate the league’s worst-defense, the Milwaukee Bucks escaped a hot Sacramento Kings team with a narrow 129-128 victory, moving to 32-17. This one came down to the final minutes, despite Milwaukee holding the lead most of the night.

A back-and-forth first quarter ended with Milwaukee up 31-28. More of the same in the second quarter; Jrue Holiday was hot all half and went into the locker room with 21, as Milwaukee held a slim 61-57 advantage.

The Bucks were able to build some small leads of up to 10 in the third and led 99-91 as Brook Lopez and Bobby Portis began to heat up.
