For those of you who stayed awake, the Milwaukee Bucks opened up their 4-game West Coast swing with a frustrating 118-103 loss to the Portland Trailblazers. The loss moves the Bucks to 8-2 on the season with both of their loses coming on the road.
Giannis Antetokounmpo paced the Bucks with 23 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists in 37 minutes. He did shoot 11-18 from the floor, but also committed 6 turnovers. Giannis still seems to be a little uncomfortable offensively in Mike Budenholzer’s new system thus far.
Khris Middleton added 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists while knocking down 4-10 three-pointers in 36 minutes.
