Restricted free agent Patrick Beverley reportedly agreed to a four-year, $25 million contract with the Houston Rockets, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports.

The first three years are for a guaranteed $18 million, while the fourth and final year is a $5 million team option. It’s almost as though Beverley is returning to play for next to nothing, especially considering his defensive prowess.
Beverley was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team in what was his second year in the league just a season ago.
