As time continues to tick on, previous steps forward of progress in terms of a potential deal for a new Milwaukee Bucks’ arena sadly remain no more than false dawns right now.
That’s not to say that the details won’t be ironed out eventually (needs must, you know), but in the here and now, there’s still a lot of work to do, and a lot of debate and discussions to play out.
Today was one of those landmark days for debate and discussion too.
As reported by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the Joint Finance Committee held a hearing on the long proposed new arena for downtown Milwaukee today, but it was the fact that they invited testimony from certain outside parties that made today’s meeting particularly interesting.
