Matthew Dellavedova is a 6’4″ guard from Australia. Dellavedova’s profile was sky-high exactly one year ago, when he was one of LeBron James‘ best teammates in the 2015 NBA Finals.
Dellavedova was making some three-pointers when not many players on the Cavaliers were able to, and more importantly he was known as a Stephen Curry stopper after the then-first time MVP had a few rough games against him.
A lot can change in a year though, as Dellavedova must know by now. He’s essentially out of the Cavs’ rotation at this point, with Mo Williams getting more run off of the bench than Delly at times in the 2016 NBA Finals.
