It is a hard pill to swallow given the collective 35 minutes I’ve spent this spring and summer doing “draft” “analysis”, but we should go into this week’s NBA Draft with clear eyes at the possibility of the Milwaukee Bucks just... not making a selection.
For understandable reasons we fans get all sorts of stars in our eyes when thinking about the possibility of acquiring — for free! — young untested players. Like gambling but with people, you take the weaknesses you see on the Bucks and start retrofitting any prospect in a particular range to address said problems.
