On the final, frenzied night of the 2017-18 regular season, the Milwaukee Bucks were torn apart by the streaking Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night, losing 130-95.
The tone of the night was set early on as the Bucks got off to a flat start, which played a big part in the 76ers racing out to a double-digit lead midway through the first. It only got worse from there as the 76ers turned up the heat by hitting from beyond the arc and within the painted area to hold a 46-18 lead over the Bucks after one.
For how much the game had been pulled out from under them to that point, the Bucks followed up their first 12 minutes with an equally porous second quarter, one that finished with them trailing 80-44 heading into halftime.
