There have certainly been a few forgettable nights littered throughout the Milwaukee Bucks’ season this year and Wednesday night ranks right up there after they were eviscerated by the slumping Detroit Pistons, losing 110-87.
It didn’t start out that way as both the Bucks and the Pistons got off to a relatively hot start following a small delay to open the game. The Bucks had a very balanced scoring effort from their marquee players (and John Henson) and were knotted up with the Pistons at 32 after one.
But the bottom completely fell out from there as the Bucks struggled to get much of anything going offensively, leading to them being outscored by the Pistons in the second quarter 21-12.
