Milwaukee Bucks basketball is back, kind of.
Although some of the teams around the NBA have already had their first taste of Summer League action in recent days, the NBA’s main Summer League tournament officially gets underway in Las Vegas on Friday with the Bucks set to be one of the very first teams in action.
For most teams around the NBA. much of the excitement around Summer League comes from the opportunity to get a first look at recently drafted young stars in action, but for the Bucks, things will be very different this year.
Having traded away the 30th overall pick as part of the Tony Snell trade, and proving unable to buy their way into the second round later in the night, Milwaukee’s roster will instead be headlined by much more experienced players.
