As news continues to filter out about the actions teams around the NBA will take in light of the season’s suspension due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Milwaukee Bucks made one of their first notable announcements on Thursday night.
The NBA’s own policies had emerged earlier that evening, which will dictate the Bucks and the rest of the league’s teams avoid group practices among various other measures, as my colleague Jordan Treske had rounded up the details of.
From the perspective of the Bucks’ own actions, a couple of important questions remain, though.
One of those is what will happen to the temporary, part-time, and low-paid workers within the organization, who mostly work at Fiserv Forum where there will be no events for the foreseeable future.
