Milwaukee Bucks: Grades for Pat Connaughton’s two-year, partially guaranteed deal

The moves keep on coming and coming for the Milwaukee Bucks as they reshape their roster well ahead of the first season in the Mike Budenholzer era.

It was first reported early Friday afternoon that the Bucks have struck an agreement on a two-year, partially guaranteed deal with sharpshooting wing Pat Connaughton, formerly of the Portland Trail Blazers.

At 25 years old, Connaughton is set to experience his first change of scenery after spending his first three years in the league up in the Pacific Northwest.

However, the writing was etched on the wall regarding Connaughton’s tenure with the Trail Blazers as he was not tendered a qualifying offer before the start of this year’s free agency, thus making him an unrestricted free agent.
