What a whirlwind summer it has been for the New Orleans Pelicans. It’s not a surprise that the offseason has been as busy as its proven to be for the Pelicans, but it certainly couldn’t have been assumed they’d come out of those crucial few months in the position they now find themselves in.
In short, in spite of dealing with the challenge of having to trade away one of the NBA’s true superstars, the Pelicans enter the new season in great shape for the future, but also intriguingly well-positioned for the year ahead.
