It’s been a long time since a member of the Milwaukee Bucks won the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year award. Not since Ricky Pierce in the 1989-90 season has any Buck walked away from an NBA season with the honor.
Could that change sooner, rather than later? There’s a reasonably good chance Michael Carter-Williams will serve as Milwaukee’s sixth man for the 2016-17 NBA season. Is MCW good enough to win the award?
Carter-Williams has struggled at times with the Bucks, but he’s not exactly been in a great position to succeed in most of his time with the team.
