Things are getting even more complicated in the Milwaukee Bucks front office. While last season two voices–those of Jason Kidd and John Hammond–seemed to be calling the shots in Milwaukee, 2016-17 will feature three.
The Bucks are adding Justin Zanik as an assistant GM, according to Yahoo Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski. Zanik currently serves in the same general capacity in the Utah Jazz organization.
So why leave? Mostly because according to Woj, Zanik has been assured the role of general manager at some point. Apparently nobody exactly knows when that will happen, according to the Woj-bomb article:
